Compatibility questions
Does a listed model guarantee compatibility?
No. Regional variants and carrier restrictions can differ. Always confirm that “Add eSIM” appears in your settings and that the phone is unlocked.
How do I know if my phone is carrier-unlocked?
On iPhone, open Settings → General → About and check Carrier Lock. It should show “No SIM restrictions.” For Android, contact the carrier that sold the device if you are unsure.
What if my device is not listed?
A missing model is not automatically incompatible. Look for an Add eSIM option or an EID in your device settings, then contact us if you still need help.
